RETURN POLICY

 

Return items up to 30 days from receipt! - RMA number required, Just ask!

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products, you may return them to us as long as they are in new, resalable condition. Items returned missing hardware or components, are damaged due to incorrect instillation, or are not the same item will not be refunded.

All returns must be shipped to us prepaid and have a number a tracking number. We suggest you use a carrier with reputable tracking ability such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. - Easy!

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

When a product becomes defective within the return period, we will assist in arranging for its repair or we will replace the product with new or refurbished product of the same type or equivalent according to our vendor's warranty policy. Replacement product or parts will be warranted from the date of original invoice or 30 days from the RMA date, whichever is greater.

Buyers looking to file a defective item claim MUST contact us PRIOR to initiating the return for instructions on how to proceed. Please include clear photos of the defective item as well as any identifying numbers with your request. The item must be returned in complete original condition. Items returned missing hardware or components, may, at our discretion, be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items that are damaged due to incorrect instillation, or are not the same item will not be refunded. -  Automatic returns and package refusals are charged a 30% restocking fee.


Some merchandise must be serviced only at the manufacturer's Authorized Service Center or returned directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement and WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED UNLESS WE RECEIVE AUTHORIZATION FROM THE MANUFACTURER. Corner Addiction will warrant all non electrical products according to the warranty limitation of the manufacturer.

CATALOG CONTENT

We believe that the contents and specifications of this catalog are correct. We assume NO LIABILITY for any errors in listings, specifications, item numbers, products or model applications. We reserve the right to change specifications, product descriptions, product suppliers, pricing and applications at any time without notice or further obligations.

DAMAGED GOODS

Inspect your shipment immediately when it arrives. If loss or damage is discovered, notify your delivering carrier immediately. We have no responsibility in this matter as title to the merchandise passes to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier,. however, if we can be of any assistance in any way, please let us know.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Replacement products are warranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 30 days from consumer invoice date, so long as the product is used for its intended purpose. This warranty is subject to certain exclusions and conditions which follow: Exclusions - not covered by warranty: (a) products that are used for competitive racing or high performance applications (b) all electrical products (c) commercial use. Limitations - (a) neglect or misuse of product (b) accident (c) lack of proper maintenance or 'reasonable' care (d) product modifications and (e) normal wear or deterioration. There is absolutely no warranty on any replacement part sold by Corner Addiction after one season, or six months, whichever comes first. Proof of purchase must be presented for any claim.

CORNER ADDICTION IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY DEFECT IN MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP.  OUR WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PARTS ONLY. ANY DAMAGES FROM THE DESIGN OR MANUFACTURING OF ANY ITEM ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE MANUFACTURER
