Can my order be shipped internationally?

Yes, Corner Addiction ships internationally. Please send us an email at corneraddiction@gmx.com with the item, your city/township, Country, and post code for a shipping quote.

When will my order ship?

Most orders placed before 3:00 PM EST will ship the same business day.

I need my order fast. What are my options?

Domestic orders may request 2-day or next-day service. Please send us an email at corneraddiction@gmx.com with the item, your city and zip code prior to purchase for a shipping quote. 

Why is Ground Shipping my only shipping option?

Any order containing hazardous materials, including motor oil, aerosol cans, or chemicals must ship via ground service, regardless of destination. The shipment of these materials is federally regulated and exceptions are not allowed. Customers may request alternate shipping options for non-hazardous merchandise.

How do I track the status of my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has fully processed, or you can receive it by TXT by sending us your last name and order number.

Can I pick up my order at your location in Dallas, NC?

No, at this time our physical location is unable to process will-call orders.

Can you special order a product/part for me?

Some OEM items can be special ordered, and we would be happy to order it for you. Please send us an email with what your looking for at corneraddiction@gmx.com  to inquire about special orders and availability. Please make sure you have year, make, and model/sub-model in your inquiry.

Why doesn't the photo look the same as my part?

Although we try our best to accurately represent each item, many of the items we stock are available for a wide variety of applications. A single stock photo may be used to represent many items on our website.

Will you sell or distribute any of my information?

Corner Addiction adheres to the highest standards of ethical practices in all of our operations, and is dedicated to protecting the privacy of all visitors to our Website. Our privacy policy is simple: we don't sell, barter, give away, or rent your personal information to any company outside of the Corner Addiction family! One of the basic principles we've tried to follow in designing this Website is that we ask for only the information we need to provide the service you've requested. As a result, what information we collect and store depends almost entirely on how you choose to make use of our Website and our services.

I found your products cheaper somewhere else. Do you price match?

We will do our best for US customers only. If you find a lower advertised price from any authorized US dealer, email us and we will try to match the deal including shipping. Products must be in new condition, in stock and ready for immediate delivery and sold by an authorized dealer.

What methods of payment do you accept?

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit cards, (processed by PayPal), and we are happy to offer the use of Amazon and Pay Pal checkout.

How long does it take to process my return?

Returns are normally processed by Corner Addiction within 2 business days after being received. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 10 days for the credit to be reflected on your account.
